By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. Overview and Acceptance

Hubert is a mobile application designed to help pet owners track their pets' activities, health, and schedules. The App provides features including pet activity logging, health tracking, reminders, and AI-generated figurine avatars for users and their pets.

By using the App, you confirm that you:

Are at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction)
Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
Will use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
If acting on behalf of a legal entity, have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms

2. Account Registration

To use certain features of the App, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

Maintain and promptly update your account information

Premium Tier: Enhanced features including more pets, additional figurine generations, analytics, and an ad-free experience
Family Tier: All premium features plus ability to share with family members

3.2 Billing

Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
Payment will be charged to your app store account upon confirmation of purchase
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Renewal charges are at the then-current subscription rate

3.3 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your app store account settings
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
Refunds are handled according to the policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store

4. User Content

5. AI-Generated Figurines

5.1 Figurine Feature

The App uses artificial intelligence to generate stylized figurine avatars based on photos you provide. By using this feature, you:

Consent to the processing of your photos by our AI systems
Acknowledge that AI-generated results may vary in quality and accuracy
Understand that generated figurines are for personal use within the App

5.2 Usage Limits

Figurine generation is subject to monthly limits based on your subscription tier. Unused generations do not roll over to subsequent months.
