4. AI and Photo Processing

4.1 Figurine Generation

When you use our AI figurine feature:

  • Your photos are securely transmitted to Google's Gemini AI service for processing
  • Photos are temporarily processed to generate stylized figurine avatars and are not retained by Google for training purposes
  • Generated figurines are stored in your account
  • We do not use your photos for training AI models

4.2 Photo Storage

  • Photos you upload are stored securely on our servers
  • You can delete your photos at any time through the App
  • Deleted photos are removed from our active systems within 30 days

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

We share information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in:

  • Supabase: Cloud hosting, database, authentication, and file storage
  • Google Gemini: AI processing for figurine generation (receives pet photos temporarily)
  • RevenueCat: Subscription and purchase management (receives your user ID and purchase data from app stores)
  • Expo: Push notification delivery (receives device push tokens)

These providers are contractually bound to protect your data and use it only for the purposes we specify.

5.2 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required by law, such as:

  • Responding to legal process (subpoenas, court orders)
  • Protecting our rights, privacy, safety, or property
  • Preventing fraud or addressing security issues
